This prefabricated container house combines industrial-grade durability with efficient modular design, delivering cost-effective building solutions for diverse project requirements worldwide.

  • Enhanced insulation envelope: 200mm PIR foam walls (R-value 13.0) + 300mm glass wool roof (R-value 18.0) for -50°C performance
  • Triple-glazed windows with argon-krypton gas mix (U-value 0.65 W/m²K), warm-edge spacer, and 3-layer Low-E coating
  • Continuous external insulation with thermal break connections eliminating all cold bridges (certified by thermal imaging)
  • Heating system: 12kW air-source heat pump operating to -30°C with backup 9kW electric boiler and underfloor hydronic distribution
  • Heat recovery ventilation (HRV) with 85% efficiency, automatic defrost cycle, and MERV 13 filtration for indoor air quality
  • Arctic entrance vestibule (3m²) with dual-door airlock system preventing thermal loss during entry and exit in extreme cold
  • Snow load roof design: 2.0 kN/m² snow load capacity with heated gutter and downspout system preventing ice dam formation
