1.MJ-Coat polyester putty

-Equipped with BPO/CHPO hardener.

-BPO:Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance, and good adhesion on various metal materials.

-CHPO: Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance, and good adhesion on 2K epoxy primer surface.

Substrate Iron panel,steel plate aluminum plate ,aluminum,alloy plate.galvanized sheet,FRP and on any painted metallic surfaces. Iron panel,steel plate, and on any painted metallic surfaces.
Mixing ratio 100:(1.5-3) (body filler : hardener)
Shelf life BPO the shelf can be up to 1 year at the cool place(under 25℃)
CHPO the shelf can be up to 9 month at the cool place(under 25℃)

Usage:

1.Remove the oil,rustoriginal paint film and water etc from surface completely, keep the painted surface clean & dry before scraping.

2.Apply the mixed putty to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet in case of scraping of thick coat, it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times till reaching the objective thickness.(Suggested maximum thickness is no more than 5mm).

Notes:

1. The putty added with hardener shall not be put back into the original tank, and shall be capped after use to avoid the deterioration of the main putty caused by solvent volatilization. It is strictly prohibited to dilute the putty with solvent such as thinner for construction.

2.Special hardener shall be provided and shall not be mixed with other hardener.

3. It can be stored in a cool place (below 25 ℃) for 12 months.
