Compact Structure And Stable Operation Bucket Elevator

Bucket elevator is a device used to transport materials from a lower level to a higher level. After the material is fed into the hopper via a vibrating platform, the equipment automatically starts continuous upward transport.
The working process is as follows: the buckets scoop up material from the bottom storage area, are lifted upwards by a conveyor belt or traction chain, and after reaching the top, they rotate around the top pulley and then tilt downwards, discharging the material into a designated receiving chute.

Based on the transmission method, bucket elevators are divided into two types:
Belt-driven type: The transmission component uses a rubber belt, which is fitted onto the drive and idler pulleys at the top and bottom ends. The rotation of the pulleys drives the belt and buckets.
Chain-driven type: Equipped with two parallel transmission chains, with corresponding drive and idler sprockets installed at the top and bottom. The meshing transmission between the sprockets and chains achieves the lifting and conveying of the buckets.
To prevent dust from flying during transportation, the bucket elevator is assembled with a casing, forming a closed conveying space.
From a structural perspective, the core components of a bucket elevator include the buckets, drive device, top and bottom pulleys (or sprockets), conveyor belt (or traction chain), tensioning device, and casing. These components work together to ensure stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
