Product Structure
The tensioning support adopts a steel section and bolt connection structure, which is beautiful in appearance and easy to assemble and disassemble. For heavy and extra-heavy tensioning devices, a set of springs is added to cushion and absorb vibration. In addition, there are two features: (1) The screw of the tensioning device of medium and light plate feeders is located above the slide and placed under the inverted equilateral angle steel, so that the screw part is not contaminated or damaged; the tensioning device of heavy and extra-heavy products has the screw passing through the center of the slide. (2) The tensioning device has two structures: standard and heavy, and maintains serialization and commonality with the lower tensioning device of the bucket elevator.
The head housing is not supported horizontally on the frame, but is attached vertically to the frame with four bolts. In this way, on the one hand, the bearing seat force is consistent with the working tension direction, improving the bearing seat and the coupling bolt force situation, and on the other hand, reducing the space size.
The driving sprocket is made of cast iron or steel, and the rim is made of high wear-resistant hardened steel with replaceable teeth; The gearless edge of the tension sprocket is modular and replaceable. This can reduce a lot of maintenance, reduce maintenance costs. In addition, the replaceable gearless edge ensures the correct and constant contact between the chain and the sprocket, preventing the tooth surface from gluing.
