1981-1997

Starting as a rural self-employed business: evolving from glass artware craftsmanship to filigree and inlaid crystal glass crafts, then to vacuum-coated iridescent film glass art, and further to vacuum-coated aluminum mirrors.

1998-2003

Entering the composite sealant and glass machinery industry: In 1998, the composite sealant was successfully developed, and it passed national testing in 1999. Cumulative sales to date have exceeded 500 million meters. Independently developed machinery, including cleaning machines, hot pressing machines, sealant strip installation stations, laminating tables, and hot melt sealant applicators, were integrated to form a horizontal insulating glass production line, with cumulative sales surpassing 2,000 lines.

2003

PIB butyl sealant and hot melt sealant have been successfully independently developed. Among them, the cumulative production of butyl sealant has exceeded 10,000 tons to date.

2009

The General Manager, along with the sales team, has participated in glass machinery exhibitions worldwide to learn advanced industry technologies and broaden international perspectives. Subsequently, the company successfully developed a fully automatic two-component sealant sealing robot, which has become highly popular in the domestic market. To date, cumulative sales have exceeded 4,000 units.

2015

The automatic super flexible spacer application machine was successfully independently developed and, three years later, was sold to Canada as part of a complete production line. To this day, it continues to operate stably in the client's factory.

2018

The KTPE coating machine has been launched, with patents and software copyrights gradually being applied for, marking a step toward the development of a fully integrated KTPE IG production line.

2019

Our Tangshan sealant production plant has been in operation for one year, during which it has continuously developed thermoplastic warm-edge spacer. Mass production was achieved in 2019, and by 2025, the total production volume has exceeded 2,000 tons.

2020

The KTPE IG production line is now officially operational. From the high-speed washing machine to the heating inspection station and the gas-filling pressing machine, the entire system has obtained over 20 national patents and software copyrights. This achievement truly represents the integration of equipment and materials in insulating glass manufacturing solutions.

2023

Against the backdrop of the global green revolution, energy conservation and emissions reduction have become priority goals in the glass industry. Flexible spacers such as thermoplastic spacers and super spacer have gradually gained attention. MGM in collaboration with its subsidiary Airtight has successfully developed a super flexible spacer bar and initiated mass production. This achievement once again integrates equipment and material solutions for the production of insulating glass.

2025

The diversification of market demand has driven the expansion of MGM's product series. In 2025, MGM independently developed a variety of fully automatic glass processing machinery, compatible with multiple brands of insulating glass production lines. These include film laminating machine, curved glass cleaning machine, glass cutting and breaking systems and automatic glass sorting systems, all of which have been implemented in MGM's intelligent demonstration factory. This integration has significantly enhanced the production efficiency of insulating glass.
