1X19 galvanized steel strand belongs to single structure steel strand, which is a metal wire twisted from 19 galvanized steel wires with the same diameter, arranged in a concentric circle of 1 central steel wire, 6 inner steel wires, and 12 outer steel wires. This structure combines high strength and good rigidity, and is often used in scenarios that require high load-bearing and stability.

• High strength and low relaxation: The tightly twisted structure of 19 steel wires enables its tensile strength to reach 1270MPa-1770MPa, with minimal deformation under long-term stress, making it suitable for permanent load-bearing scenarios.
• Excellent anti-corrosion performance: The thickness of the surface hot-dip galvanized layer can reach 20μm-60μm, which can effectively slow down steel wire corrosion and extend its service life in harsh environments such as humidity and salt alkali.
