1x7 galvanized steel strand is a single twisted steel strand made of 7 galvanized steel wires with the same diameter, twisted according to the structure of "1 central steel wire + 6 outer steel wires". It is the simplest twisted structural steel strand. The galvanized layer provides excellent corrosion protection for the steel wire and extends the service life of the product.

The 1+6 symmetrical twisting structure ensures even force distribution on the steel strand, making it less prone to torsional deformation and maintaining stable shape under complex working conditions.
Under the same cross-sectional area, its tensile strength is higher than that of ordinary single steel wire, and it can provide greater bearing capacity per unit weight.
The zinc layer formed by hot-dip galvanizing process is combined with steel wire metallurgy, which can effectively isolate air, moisture and corrosive media, suitable for harsh environments such as humidity and salt alkali.
Compared to multi twisted steel strands, the 1x7 structure has both rigidity and flexibility, making it easy to install and bend on site.
