Titanium WN Welding Neck Flange For Chemical Industry

​Flange is widely used in water conservancy, electric power, power station, pipe fittings, industry, pressure vessel, etc. Titanium flange is a kind of flange processed by forging process, made of titanium material, which is generally used in machinery and chemical industry.Besides titanium flanges, we can also manufacture nickel flange, zirconium flange etc.

Dimensional tolerances conform to ASME B16.5. Flange bore diameters agree with standard ASME B36.9M Sch-40S wall pipe. Other bore diameters can be supplied on special order. Flat Face Titanium Flanges are supplied with a serrated spiral finish per ASME B16.5 Other gasket surface finishes can be supplied on special order. Titanium flanges are permanently marked by electro-chemical etching in accordance with ASME B16.5.
