Micro Round Hole Galvanized Perforated Sheet for Electrical Cabinet Vent Dust Isolation

Product Introduction:

Our micro round hole galvanized perforated sheet is a dedicated ventilation and dust isolation metal panel designed for all types of electrical cabinets, distribution boxes, control cabinets and server enclosures. Thin cold rolled steel as base material with full electro-galvanized anti-rust coating, processed by high-precision CNC micro punching equipment to form dense uniform tiny round holes.

The micro-hole structure balances smooth air circulation and efficient dust interception: it realizes heat dissipation inside the cabinet to reduce component overheating failure, while blocking fine dust, floating fibers and debris from entering the cabinet to protect circuit boards, switches and electrical components. All hole edges and sheet edges are fully deburred without sharp burrs, safe for cabinet assembly and will not scratch internal wires.

We stock standard thin thickness 0.6mm & 0.8mm, micro hole diameter 1.0mm~3mm, standard 1000×2000mm flat sheets in large quantity. Production Process:
