Perforated Metal Product Production:

Our stainless steel perforated anti-corrosion cover plate is specially designed for water tanks, washing basins, swimming pools, sewage sinks and chemical water storage pools. We adopt food-grade 304 and high corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel as raw materials, which can long-term resist erosion by tap water, sewage, chemical weak acid and alkaline water, effectively avoid rust, perforation and breakage of carbon steel covers.
Uniform round holes are punched on the plate surface, which can quickly drain water, filter sundries, prevent pipeline blockage, while providing stable bearing capacity for pedestrian walking. All edges and hole walls are fully deburred to eliminate sharp burrs, protecting operators and cleaning staff from scratches.
We support fully customized size, thickness, aperture and hole pitch according to the inner size of customer water basins and water tanks. Standard flat plates and bent integrated cover plates are available, widely used in factory sewage workshops, hotel swimming pools, food processing washing tanks, chemical wastewater pools and municipal drainage basins.
