  • Decoiler - Leveler - Servo Feeder-Hydraulic Punch & Cut - Guiding System-Power Roller - Hydraulic Pre Cut - Roll Former - Out Table
  • The production process begins with a 5-ton decoiler that unrolls the steel coil, followed by a straightener to ensure flatness. The servo feeder ensures precise feeding to the hydraulic punch for hole creation and cutting. Power rollers guide the sheet to the roll former for shaping, where the tray is formed. A hydraulic pre-cut system ensures precise cuts. Finished trays are collected on the out table.
