1. Production Line Overview

  • A dedicated roll forming solution designed for highway infrastructure manufacturers, offering automation, high-precision punching, and strong steel profile forming for 3–4mm U posts.

2. Profile Description

  • Cold-rolled galvanized steel U post, 3–4mm thick, with top flanges and slotted holes, designed for anchoring guardrails. Features strong impact resistance, standardized hole positions, and applications in road safety.

3. Production Process

  • 5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Feeder & Guide → Leveling Machine → Hydraulic Punching → Guiding Device → Roll Former → Stop Shear Cutting → Out Table

  • The production begins with heavy coil feeding aided by a motorized head feeder. After leveling, high-speed hydraulic punching creates mounting holes before roll forming. Stop-cutting ensures no material waste.
