2. Profile Description

  • This profile is a C-shaped stud made from galvanized steel with a thickness range of 1.5-3mm. It features enhanced attachment strength due to the textured surface and includes large round holes for cable passage. It's primarily used in wall and ceiling framing for drywall systems in construction projects.

3. Production Process

  • 3T Decoiler-Guide-Flowering Roller-Roll Former-Corrector-Flying Hydraulic Punching-Flying Hydraulic Cutting
  • The production starts with a 3T Decoiler for unwinding the steel coil, followed by the Guide and Flowering Roller to add surface texture. The Roll Former then shapes the material, and a Corrector ensures straightness. The Tracking Hydraulic Punching creates holes for cables, and the final product is cut by the Tracking Hydraulic Cutter.
