1. Overview

IBR Roof Panel Roll Forming Machine is a specialized cold roll forming line designed to produce popular IBR metal roofing sheets widely used in industrial buildings, warehouses, and residential housing projects. Using galvanized or PPGI coils from 0.3–0.8mm thickness, the machine shapes coils into high-rib panels with excellent strength, water-shedding performance, and aesthetic appearance.


The production line is equipped with precision-machined rollers, a heavy-duty welded frame, and accurate forming stations to ensure consistent profile dimensions and long-term stability. With a user-friendly PLC touch-screen control system, operators can easily adjust length, batch quantities, and speed to achieve smooth output at 10–15m/min. Hydraulic cutting ensures clean edges without deformation.
