Description of Expanded Metal Mesh


MMO coated Gr1 titanium expanded mesh for water electrolyzer is manufactured from high-purity Grade 1 titanium sheet and coated with mixed metal oxide (MMO) catalyst layers to provide outstanding electrochemical performance and corrosion resistance. The 2×4mm diamond mesh opening design ensures efficient electrolyte circulation, low resistance, and stable current distribution during the electrolysis process.

This titanium expanded mesh is widely used as anode material in water electrolysis systems due to its lightweight structure, high strength, and long operational life.
