Installation Preparation Requirements
  • Shaft outside diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
  • Shaft run out: <0.1mm
  • Shaft end float: <0.13mm
  • No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring
Important Installation Notes
Avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring during installation. If any damage occurs, contact us immediately for replacement. Our cartridge seals are thoroughly cleaned and leak-tested before sale - do not disassemble before installation.
Installation Instructions
  1. Ensure shaft fitting allowance is dl h6 0.8 with leading edge at shaft end
  2. Lubricate shaft with appropriate oil
  3. Place cartridge seal into pump chamber
  4. Tighten four flange screw bolts, ensuring medium leading hole "G" is at top position
  5. Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
  6. Remove four gauge plates (retain for future use)
  7. Connect medium lead-in pipe to hole "G" for friction heat dissipation and seal chamber flushing
Final Check: After installation, manually rotate shaft to verify smooth operation. Any resistance indicates improper installation.
