Geotextile tubes are widely used in river dredging and sediment management projects to efficiently separate solids from water. During operation, slurry is pumped into the tube, where the fabric retains fine particles while allowing water to escape.
This process significantly reduces sludge volume, making transportation and disposal more efficient. Compared to traditional sedimentation ponds, geotextile tubes require less space and provide faster results.
