Luoyang Achemetal High Temperature Resistant High Quality Molybdenum Electrode
Product Description
The balanced pressure formed by molybdenum electrode is sintered in medium frequency furnace after forging, and then rotated, rolled, planned and milled in various types. It is used as electric heating glass fiber kiln equipment. Used in glass industry. It can exist in glass solution at 1300 ℃ and has a long life. It is also used in rare earth industry. The molybdenum electrode made by forging and hot isostatic pressing has the characteristics of compactness, uniformity and long service life. Appearance: It is dark brown or silver gray metallic luster, free of edge loss, corner loss, delamination, cracks and other defects, and can be produced according to the user's drawings. Specification: according to the drawings provided by the user. Application: This product can be used for heating devices of various glass fiber kilns, electric vacuum devices or other special applications.
Features
From the physical and chemical properties, the appearance of molybdenum electrode is usually silver gray solid with metallic luster, with a high specific gravity (10.23g/cm ³, About half of tungsten), higher melting point (2622 ℃), higher hardness, higher thermal conductivity, lower thermal expansion coefficient, good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and chemical stability.
According to the different shapes, molybdenum electrodes can be divided into electrode rods, electrode plates, electrode rods and threaded electrodes. Their uses are slightly different. For example, electrode rods are mainly used in electric melting glass kilns, and electrode plates are mainly used in various glass fiber kilns and heating equipment for liquid flow orifice panels.
