5-8T/H High-Efficiency Disc Pan Granulation Production Line
Production Process Overview
Raw materials after aerobic fermentation (55-70℃) are crushed, screened, then fed into disc granulator. With precise binder spraying, materials form uniform granules, then dried, cooled, and re-screened. Qualified granules enter automatic packaging (20-50kg/bag), complying with GB/T 19524.1-2017.
Application Scope
Serves large farms, regional fertilizer enterprises, and agricultural waste projects—processing manure, straw, and sludge into high-quality granule fertilizer for regional supply. The process involves repeated rolling, collision, and agglomeration to form dense, spherical granules with consistent particle size.
Subsequently, the wet granules are sent to a low-temperature drying system to reduce moisture to ≤12%, followed by cooling in a counterflow cooler to room temperature. After secondary precision screening (to separate undersized and oversized particles for recycling), the qualified granules (2-6mm) are conveyed to an automatic quantitative packaging machine for weighing, filling, heat-sealing, and coding (20-50kg/bag). The final product fully complies with the national standard GB/T 19524.1-2017, featuring high granulation rate, stable quality, and strong market competitiveness.
