Production Process Overview
Raw materials enter the medium-high scale continuous aerobic fermentation system, undergoing three stages: pre-heating (55-65℃), high-temperature decomposition (66-73℃), and cooling & maturation (≤45℃). This intelligent temperature-controlled process ensures full organic matter decomposition, ≥99.3% inactivation of harmful bacteria/parasite eggs, and efficient nutrient activation—laying the foundation for high-quality fertilizer.
Decomposed materials (moisture 31-36%) form agglomerates, processed by a two-stage crushing system (primary impact crusher + secondary high-speed hammer crusher) into uniform fine powder (≤8.5mm).
Crushed materials pass through a double-layer rotary vibrating screener (14-24 mesh adjustable) to remove impurities (stones, metal, plastic) and oversized particles, ensuring compliance with fineness requirements.
Qualified powder is conveyed via a closed pipe-screw conveyor to an automatic quantitative packaging system (20-50kg/bag, weighing error ≤±0.12kg), completing weighing, filling, sealing, coding, and stacking. The final product is uniform and odorless.
