Engine Oil Compound Additive

Product Performance

This product is formulated with high-grade detergents, ashless dispersants, long-chain ZDDP anioxidant and anticorrosion agent, high-temperature antioxidants, friction modifiers and metal deactivators. It is an energy-saving gasoline engine oil compound additive specially formulated for the GF series of products that comply with the ILSAC international standards and high-grade oils of API SM and SN. It has outstanding antiwear, friction-reducing, restorative performance and anti-scuffing ability. It can extend the service life of components and reduce organic gas carbon emission. It has excellent detergent-dispersancy, fuel economy and a relatively long oil change interval. In API Group II, III and IV base oils, by combining with the corresponding viscosity index improver, various grades of ACEA Group A3/B4 oils can be blended.

Scope of Application and Recommended Dosage

It is applicable to API Group I, II, III and IV base oils and can meet the high grade energy-saving and environmentally friendly gasoline engine oil in both the European ILSAC , ACEA and American API standards.

Recommended dosage: SM: 7.5%; SN/CF-5: 7.8%; ACEA A3B4: 10.5% +0.25%BSD-WT355

Packaging and Acceptance

• This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.
• Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance withSH/T0164 standard.

Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.

• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.

• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.

• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
