3L-100L Grinding Capacity Turbo Type Horizontal Nano Bead Mill / Sand Mill

1. Features:
  • Turbine series nano-sand mll is suitable for nano-scale grinding of medium and low viscosity materials.It belongs to the category of flexible grinding.
  • The particle size of the discharged matertal is concentrated,and the shape of the material wll not be damaged.Widely used in carbon nanotubes and other fields.
  • Turbine structure is suitable for grinding medium and low viscosity materials,all ceramic or PU grinding rotor materials with zero pollution
  • Fexible grinding,will not destroy the material shape
  • Optional grinding media over 0.3mm
  • PLC automatic control system,unmanned operation reduces labor costs ·Can reallze serial cycle grinding

2. Working principle:

The conveying pump pumps the pre-dispersed raw materials into the grinding cyinder,the main shaft drives the dispersing turtbine to rotate at high speed,and the turbine drives the grinding media (glass beads,ceramic balls,zirconia balls)in the cylinder to generate swirl and radial shaft.The product can be powerfuly ground and dispersed,so that the product can reach the specified fineness and colorsaturatlon.The output can choose axial dynamic separation and static large-area output.
