I.CNC Precision Machining Workshop

LSDF has assembled a seasoned technical team from the CNC industry and is equipped with dozens of advanced machines, including multi-axis machining centers, high-speed drilling centers, CNC lathes, laser cutting machines, and wire EDM machines. These are powered by leading international CNC systems such as HAAS, BROTHER, and FANUC, providing full-process capability from rough machining to micron-level precision machining. II.Precision Injection Molding Workshop

LSDF operates a modern injection molding workshop equipped with a fleet of electro-hydraulic hybrid injection molding machines, achieving injection precision down to 0.02 mm. A comprehensive array of auxiliary equipment — including mold temperature controllers, dehumidifying dryers, centralized feeding systems, water/ice-water chillers, three-axis and five-axis servo robots, and hot-runner temperature control systems — ensures precise and controllable molding processes.

The range of processable materials is extensive. For commodity plastics, the workshop can process PP, PE, PS, and others. Engineering plastics cover ABS, PC, PA6/PA66, POM, PBT, PET, PMMA, and PC/ABS. High-temperature engineering plastics include PPS, LCP, PEI, PEEK, PSU/PPSU, PA46, PA12, PAR, and other specialty heat-resistant materials. Elastomers and soft rubbers include TPU, TPE, TPV, silicone rubber (LSR — liquid silicone rubber), and fluororubber. The workshop can also process modified materials such as PC+ABS alloys, glass-fiber-reinforced and carbon-fiber-reinforced compounds, as well as special functional materials including ISO 10993-certified medical-grade materials, anti-static/conductive plastics, flame-retardant V0/V2 grades, weather-resistant ASA, optical-grade transparent PC/PMMA, and biodegradable PLA/PHA.

III.Aluminum Alloy Casting Workshop

LSDF possesses dual-process capabilities in aluminum alloy die casting and gravity casting, equipped with multiple horizontal cold-chamber die casting machines and gravity casting machines with clamping forces ranging from 80T to 260T and a maximum cast-part weight of approximately 45 kg. Auxiliary equipment includes integrated regenerative energy-saving furnaces, aluminum alloy solution treatment furnaces, and aging furnaces for melting and heat treatment, as well as high-speed cutoff saws, crawler-type and mesh-belt shot-blasting machines, screw air compressor units, and refrigerated compressed-air dryers — forming a complete casting production line from melting, die casting/gravity casting, and heat treatment through to surface cleaning.

Castable materials cover the five major aluminum alloy series — Al-Si, Al-Si-Cu, Al-Mg, Al-Si-Mg, and Al-Cu — including grades such as ADC12, A380, A356, ZL101, and ZL104. These accommodate a wide range of applications, including housing-type parts, end covers, brackets, engine components, pump bodies, corrosion-resistant parts, high-strength structural parts (T6 treated), and components requiring high-temperature strength, and can be custom-developed to meet specific customer requirements.

IV. Starter Motor Production Workshop

The Starter Motor Production Workshop is LSDF's core manufacturing unit, dedicated to starter motor stator and rotor production, complete unit assembly, and performance testing. It covers mainstream product series including Denso, Hitachi, and Mitsubishi, supports both 12V and 24V voltage platforms, and maintains over 2,000 active product specifications with nearly 1,000 models in continuous mass production.

For stator and rotor production, the workshop is equipped with automated winding machines, insulating paper inserters, commutator spot welders, rotor dynamic balancing machines, stator pole assembly machines, and other specialized equipment, forming a complete manufacturing chain — from lamination stacking, winding and wire embedding, welding, and insulation treatment through to dynamic balance correction.

Assembly adopts a flow-line production model, organized sequentially through stations including front-cover assembly, rotor assembly, stator assembly, rear-cover assembly, solenoid switch installation, and final assembly and commissioning. Each station is equipped with pneumatic torque-controlled tools and poka-yoke (error-proofing) devices to ensure assembly consistency, while providing flexible production capacity for small-batch, high-variety manufacturing.

Finished-product testing is the final gate before starter motor release. The workshop is equipped with multiple starter motor performance test benches, including D&V units, capable of conducting full-parameter performance testing on every unit — including no-load current, no-load speed, stall torque, stall current, and output power. The workshop also operates starter motor endurance test benches that simulate real-vehicle operating conditions for continuous start-stop and long-duration endurance verification. Every starter motor must pass full performance inspection prior to shipment, ensuring that product consistency meets the stringent standards of both the automotive OEM and aftermarket sectors.
