The broiler floor-raising system is a farming model in which broilers are raised directly on the ground or on litter, with ample space for the chickens to move around. Litter such as rice husks, sawdust and straw is spread on the floor, absorbing droppings and keeping the house dry, while reducing direct contact between broilers and the hard ground to lower the risk of leg injuries. Waterers and feed troughs are properly arranged so broilers can easily access water and feed to meet their growth needs. This method is simple to operate, allows broilers to grow in a more natural state, and helps improve both the quality and efficiency of broiler farming.

1. The main feed line is equipped with a feed-level sensor that automatically stops feeding.
2. The pan feeder has four gears to adjust the feed amount in the pan.
3. The corrugated bottom reduces feed accumulation and keeps the feed fresh.
4. The nipple shell is made of high-quality engineering plastic, with a stainless-steel inner nipple.
5. Cups under the drinker nipples collect dripping water, preventing excessive floor humidity in the chicken house.
6. Stocking density per square meter is customized according to the chicken weight.

The automatic broiler deep-litter system is usually used for chicken farms with a flock size below 30,000 birds, which achieves optimum feeding effect. For example, for 25,000 broilers, with an inner size of 112M × 15M × 2.5M, 4 automatic pan feeding lines and 5 automatic nipple drinking lines are equipped.
