Made of 6061-T6 / 6063-T5 aluminum alloy bars or plates, integrally formed via CNC milling and drilling without assembly or extruded profiles, delivering ultra-high precision.
- Flat base with uniform thickness, compatible with high-density heat sources such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, CPUs and power modules
- Fins can be designed as thin fins, dense teeth, inclined teeth or pin-shaped fins for larger heat dissipation area
- Heat pipe pre-embedded grooves, liquid cooling channels, mounting holes and positioning posts can be processed in one step
