HWR-636 is Liquid Novolac Epoxy Resin. It has a lot of advantages including high crosslinking density, excellent bonding strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance. It is widely used in electronic copper clad laminates, electronic laminates, heat-resistant adhesives, composites, high-temperature coatings, civil engineering and electronic inks.
