Phenolic Epoxy Resin HWR-639 is PNE type, BNE type and CNE type resin. It is widely used in electronic copper clad laminates, electronic laminates, heat-resistant adhesives, composites, high-temperature coatings, civil engineering and electronic inks.
It has high crosslinking density, excellent bonding strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance
