Elevator Load Weighing Device, Overload Switch, Weighing Sensor
The elevator load weighing device is a core safety control component, installed at the car bottom, rope head assembly or traction machine. It accurately detects the car load and feeds back full‑load/overload signals to the elevator mainboard to trigger overload alarm, door‑closing prohibition and operation interlock, preventing over‑load operation and meeting annual inspection standards.
Our product compatible with most domestic elevators and mainstream brands including Mitsubishi, Otis, Hitachi and Kone, suitable for passenger elevators, freight elevators, villa elevators and medical elevators. Equipped with high‑precision sensors, it features stable signal transmission, quick response, strong anti‑interference and anti‑false‑trigger performance. The sturdy metal housing is waterproof, dust‑proof, shock‑resistant and temperature‑resistant for harsh shaft environments.
