Natural Aging Treatment of Casting

All castings undergo a natural aging period of 3-6 months to completely internal stress and ensure the best stability of machine accuracy.

The stability of the accuracy of the machine comes from the exquisite shoveling process. Unlike other factories that use sanders insted of manual shoveling, we still follow the strict manual shoveling process, and all contact surfaces are tested by strict manual shoveling procedures and strict inspection standrads to ensure the high stability of the accuracy of each machine.

2008

Restructured into Jiangsu Leichman Automation Technology Co., Ltd., obtained the right to import and export operations, expanding a new chapter in overseas markets.

2009

We began to participate in various machine tool exhibitions at home and abroad, and received unanimous praise from domestic and foreign customers.

2011-2013

During these years, our company had passed ISO9001 International Quality and CE certification, SGS certification.

2015

We began to develop CNC spinning machines which need high technical requirements, and put them into production.
