Quality Control

Based on the ISO 9001 Quality Management System framework, a full-chain precision quality control system is established for the entire crystal manufacturing process.

At the raw material stage, GDMS full-element analysis is adopted to strictly control raw material purity and impurity content.

At the crystal manufacturing stage, the focus is placed on crystal growth process parameters and processing precision, with full-process traceability quality control implemented to ensure superior and stable crystal performance.

In compliance with the VDA6.3 Process Audit Standard, Quality Control Points (QCPs) are set up for key processes, enhancing process capability verification and deviation traceability analysis.

For finished products, comprehensive performance tests are conducted, covering core indicators such as optical transmittance, energy resolution, background noise and light output.

This achieves full-process traceability and full-parameter controllability from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, ensuring that products meet the stringent standards of high-end application fields.
