Our 4.0 Inch LCD TFT Screen is a high-performance display solution designed for compact electronic devices that require clear, consistent visual output. Engineered with advanced a-Si TFT technology, this screen delivers a resolution of 480x800 pixels, ensuring sharp text, vivid colors, and smooth image rendering for an exceptional viewing experience. Featuring an IPS full viewing angle design, it provides consistent color and brightness from all directions—whether viewed head-on or at a 80° angle, the display remains clear and distortion-free, making it ideal for devices used by multiple users or in varied viewing positions.
With a brightness of 100cd/m² and a semi-transflective design, this LCD TFT screen achieves ultra-low power consumption while maintaining excellent visibility in both natural and low-light environments. It uses a 40PIN FPC flexible cable connection, which ensures secure electrical transmission and easy installation, even in space-constrained devices. Powered by the ST7701 driver chip, the screen operates stably with fast data transmission, supporting seamless integration with STM32 and RK series motherboards via the RGB interface. Every unit is RoHS compliant, adhering to strict environmental and safety standards for global markets.

Note1: The LED driving condition is defined for each module.

Note2: When LCM is operated, the stable forward current should be inputted. And forward voltage is for reference only.

Note3: Optical performance should be evaluated at Ta=25℃ When LED is driven at high current, high ambient temperature & humidity condition. The life time of LED will be reduced. Operating life means brightness goes down to 50% initial brightness. Typical operating life time is estimated data.

Note4: The LED driving condition is defined for each LED module.
