1.Raw Material Inspection:We start by carefully checking all incoming parts like glass, polarizers, and circuits. Using precise tools, we verify they meet strict quality standards. Rejecting bad materials early prevents later defects and builds a solid quality base for our LCDs.

2.Initial Sample Comparison:Once production begins, we compare the first sample to design specs and customer requirements. This ensures our manufacturing process is right from the start. Any early issues with structure, display quality, or function are fixed immediately.

3.ESD Electrostatic Test:Since LCD components are sensitive to static electricity, we test products under various ESD conditions. Special gear simulates real - world risks, protecting parts during handling and use for lasting quality.

4.High and Low - Temperature Testing:To ensure our LCDs work well in all environments, we expose them to extreme cold and heat. By monitoring display clarity, color, and response time, we confirm they can handle tough conditions.

5.Power - On Aging Test:Products run non - stop for hours or days to mimic long - term use. This helps us find early - failing parts or electrical problems, improving product stability.

6.Finished Product Inspection:Before packing, each LCD gets a final check of its look, function, and performance. We search for flaws, test all features, and make sure it meets our high standards.

7.QA Sampling Inspection:Our QA team randomly selects finished products for a last check. Using sampling methods, we review batches to keep quality consistent across all orders, giving customers peace of mind.
