Operating Principle
Operating on the principle of centrifugal self-aspiration, the QXB5.5 draws atmospheric air through its intake pipe and mixes it with ambient water in a purpose-built chamber. The high-speed rotating impeller shears the air into micro-bubbles, maximizing the gas-liquid interfacial area for rapid oxygen dissolution. The aerated mixture is then discharged horizontally at high velocity, creating a strong convective flow that maintains complete mixing throughout the basin—effectively combining aeration and mixing functions in a single unit.
