The SH12580 Insulation Oil Oxidation Stability Tester is engineered and manufactured in strict accordance with the specifications of national standards NB/SH/T 081-2010 Determination of Oxidation Stability of Unused Hydrocarbon Insulation Oils and GB/T 12580 Determination of Oxidation Stability of Mineral Insulation Oils with Inhibitors. This instrument also meets the requirements of international standards IEC 474:1974 Determination of Oxidation Stability of Mineral Insulation Oils with Inhibitors and IEC 61125 AMD1:2004.

Main technical features

1.This instrument features a benchtop design, with its test tubes manufactured and designed in strict compliance with the standards of NB/SH/T 0811 and GB/T 12580.
2.The heating unit utilizes a metal bath heating mode, which operates with zero odor emission during use.
3.It is equipped with 4 oxygen flow meters, whose specifications fully meet the requirements of the GB/T 12580 standard.
4.Additionally, 4 air flow meters are integrated, with specifications conforming to the stipulations of the NB/SH/T 0811 standard.
5.A digital timer is fitted to the instrument, enabling the setting and recording of experimental duration.
6.A dedicated flow meter conversion module is provided, allowing for seamless switching between different flow modes.
7.The instrument can be used in conjunction with air pumps and supporting purification devices.
