Temp Range -40℃~ 600℃ Touch Screen Automatic Wax Precipitation Point Tester For Crude Oil

The SH0545 Automatic Crude Oil Wax Appearance Temperature Tester features a touch screen interface. It is capable of conducting multiple tests, including glass transition temperature measurement, phase transition analysis, melting and thermal enthalpy determination, product stability assessment, curing characteristic testing, specific heat measurement, and oxidation induction period detection.
Wax Appearance Temperature: Refers to the temperature at which wax crystals initially precipitate from the crude oil liquid system. It corresponds to the temperature point where the sample curve starts to deviate from the baseline associated with the exothermic peak, denoted as Tc.
The testing process involves heating the crude oil sample to a temperature above its wax appearance temperature, followed by cooling it at a preset rate. The instrument records the differential heat flow between the sample and the reference substance at each temperature point. A crude oil wax precipitation curve is then plotted, with differential heat flow as the ordinate and temperature as the abscissa.
