SH105D Balance Method Low Temperature Closed Flash Point Tester
The SH105D equilibrium method low-temperature closed cup flash point analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese standard GB/T 5208 "Determination of Flash Point - Rapid Equilibrium Closed Cup Method". This instrument also meets the requirements of ISO 3679 standard and GB/T 21775-2008 for the determination of flash point using the closed cup equilibrium method.
This instrument features advanced electronic temperature control instruments with appropriate interface circuits to achieve automation of temperature control. It includes functions such as automatic switching of heating power and automatic temperature control. The instrument is easy to operate, has a reasonable structure, accurate detection, stable performance, and intuitive display. It serves as an ideal substitute for imported instruments and meets the requirements of petroleum, chemical, coating, paint, railway, aviation, power, commercial inspection, and scientific research units for rapid testing of the closed flash point of petroleum products.
Detection Principle
A specified volume of test sample is injected into a test cup maintained at the expected flash point temperature of the test material. After a specified period of time, ignition occurs and observation is made for flash at different temperature points. Testing continues with newly taken samples until the flash point is measured and the specified sensitivity is reached.
This instrument is particularly suitable for testing the closed cup flash point of various paints, coatings, adhesives, solvents, petroleum and related products within the range of -30℃ to +80℃.
