ASTM D1518 Textile Thermal Resistance Insulation Testing Instrument JIS L1096 Fabrics Warmth Tester

Purpose

The flat-type insulation tester mainly uses the human body temperature (36℃) as the standard to measure the insulation performance of common fabrics, knitted fabrics, textured fabrics, quilted products, seat cushions and various insulation materials.

Structural Characteristics

It is controlled by a microcomputer, with a large-screen liquid crystal display, capable of automatically processing data, and can be printed out. The program setting is convenient, the testing is accurate, fast and convenient. It is monitored by multiple sensors, and has two national patents, which effectively improves the reproducibility and accuracy of the test. The efficient heating system, the polymer layer insulation protection system, the nine-point temperature control device, fully comply with the design principle of the "one-dimensional steady-state temperature field" similar to human clothing.
