EN 12477 ISO 11612 Contact Heat Conduction Tester High Temperature Resistence Contact Heat Testing Machine
Introduction
The contact heat conduction tester is mainly used to test the ability of fire protection suits, heat protection gloves, or similar fire protection materials to resist high-temperature contact heat. By testing the material when it comes into contact with a heated body at a certain pressure and at a certain temperature, the time it takes for the material's temperature to rise by 10°C is recorded. Based on this critical time, the ability of the material to resist high-temperature contact heat is determined.
Applicable Standards
AQ 6103, EN 702, EN 12477, EN 407, ISO 12127, GB 38453, GB/T 38306, ISO 11612
Technical Characteristics
1. The touchscreen control interface is easy to operate.
2. High-temperature resistant heating element, capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 500℃.
3. The heating body can move parallelly along the fixed track, which is convenient for sample loading and ensures the safety of the operators.
4. The servo motor controls the height of the calorimeter, and the entire testing process is completed automatically.
5. One-click testing. The touch screen displays and records the initial temperature of the sample, the real-time test temperature, and the critical time when the sample rises by 10°C.
