Instrument Usage

It is a specialized instrument for measuring the hairiness of yarn. This machine is controlled by a microcomputer and can complete the detection of all hair lengths at one time. The entire machine is stable, reliable, and the test results are accurate. In addition to the large-screen liquid crystal display, the test data can also be printed and recorded by a printer. This instrument is suitable for testing the hair length, hair index and distribution of pure and blended yarns of various natural fibers and chemical fibers in textile factories, as well as in research, teaching, foreign trade, commodity inspection and other units. It is used to guide production, improve processes, control quality, develop products and provide identification means for foreign trade.

Structural Principles

This instrument uses highly reliable LED visible light to magnify the lint of the yarn and project the image onto the screen. Based on the principle of photoelectricity, the changes caused by the blocking of light by the lint are converted into electrical signals. These signals are then amplified and processed to form pulse signals of the lint, which are used for measurement.
