The SD7305 petroleum demulsifier is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standards GB/T 7305 "Determination of demulsification performance of petroleum and synthetic fluids" and GB/T 7605-2008 "Determination of demulsification degree of turbine oil in operation". Applicable to the determination method proposed according to GB/T 7305 standard, it can be widely used in fields such as petroleum, electricity, chemical engineering, as well as in colleges, research institutes and other units, equivalent to ASTM D1401 "Determination of Water Separability of Petroleum and Synthetic Liquids"

The demulsifier is used to determine the ability of petroleum and synthetic liquids to separate from water, and to measure the time of oil-water separation under specified conditions.

Main performance

● Adopting a small cylinder desktop structure, it has the advantages of small volume, easy operation, and beautiful appearance.

● The bath is automatically stirred by a motor, ensuring uniform temperature. The bathtub cover has two sample holes, allowing for the simultaneous placement of two samples for testing.

● The sample stirring device is easy to lift and lower, and the stirring shaft has good concentricity inside the test tube without shaking or touching the test tube wall.
