SH116 Lubricating grease water spray resistance tester

The SH116 lubricating grease anti water spray performance tester is used to measure the resistance of lubricating grease to water spray according to the standards of SH/T 0109-2004 and ASTM D1264 "Determination of Lubricating Greases Anti Water Spray Performance". It is a new product used to evaluate the resistance of lubricating grease to water flushing out of bearings under specified experimental conditions at 38℃ and 79℃.

Performance characteristics

● The water bath temp through the PT100 sensor (resistance temperature measurement package) input to the temperature controller, temperature controller internal operation circuit processing, obtain a control signal, the control signal output, so as to complete the heating control

● The amount of water jet can be directly controlled by circulating pump, large flow valve, nozzle, etc

● Using electric heating rod heating mode, heating speed is fast

● According to the standard to choose ball bearings, the timer can be accurate to 0.1S
