SH0123B Extreme Pressure Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability Tester

SH0123B Extreme Pressure Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the industry standard of the People's Republic of China, SH/T 0123 "Test Method for Oxidation Stability of Extreme Pressure Lubricating Oils". It is suitable for the determination of extreme pressure lubricating oils (such as gear oils). The operating method is as follows: the sample is exposed to constant-pressure dry air at a certain temperature for 312 hours. The oxidation stability of the oil is indicated by measuring the increase in kinematic viscosity at 100℃ and the change in sediment value of the sample.

I. Main Technical Features

● The instrument adopts a desktop structure, and the test tubes are designed and manufactured in accordance with the SH/T 0123 standard.

● The heating device uses a metal bath heating method with no peculiar smell.

● Equipped with 8 flow meters, whose specifications meet the requirements of the SH/T 0123 standard.

● Equipped with a digital timer for setting and recording the test time.

● Built-in air pump and purification device.
