Lab Kneader Custom 1L Metal Powder Kneader Machine Ideal for Laboratory Ensuring Uniform Mixing and Powder Processing
All parts of this mixer that come into direct contact with the processed material—namely the mixing chamber, side plate, pressure hammer, and blade shaft—are coated with tungsten carbide, delivering outstanding durability against abrasion while remaining completely pollution-free. The equipment is intended for agitating, dispersing, and combining metal powders with binders and various recipes at precisely regulated temperatures. When the material reaches a mud-like consistency, it is unloaded and sent on for downstream processing. The machine is an excellent choice for low-volume production, prototype development, lab-scale trials, and classroom demonstrations.

Two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate at specific speed ratios, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap. Here, the material undergoes squeezing and shearing. After passing the gap, it strikes the sharp edge of the "W"-shaped mixing chamber, splitting into two streams that flow along the front and rear chamber walls before returning to the rotor top. Within the sealed chamber, materials are subjected to intense shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature, ensuring optimal dispersion, plasticization, and formula performance.
The "W"-shaped mixing chamber, combined with an "M"-shaped lower pressure cover, creates a fully enclosed mixing environment. The prismatic spiral stirring blade eliminates dead angles, enabling precise shearing and dispersion to meet physical property requirements. Constructed from high-quality, high-carbon steel, the hollow stirring blade and other material-contact components undergo tempering, deep nitriding heat treatment (72 hours in vacuum), and tungsten carbide coating with smooth surface finishing. This ensures wear resistance, corrosion resistance, non-stick properties, and extended service life.
Non-consumable parts are guaranteed for one year under normal use. We provide on-site installation guidance and long-term technical support. Note: Electrical components and motors are sourced from Taiwan and international brands.
