This internal mixer is constructed from imported all-alloy materials (eliminating the need for spraying or electroplating), ensuring exceptional strength and wear resistance. It is specifically designed for stirring, dispersing, and mixing ceramic powders and other formulations containing binders at controlled temperatures. When materials reach a mud-like consistency, they are discharged after a predetermined period and proceed to the next processing stage. This equipment is ideal for small-batch production, prototyping, laboratory applications, and educational purposes.

• This mixer is fabricated from premium imported alloys, eliminating the need for either painting or plating while offering excellent protection against salt, acid, alkali, and hydrogen sulfide corrosion. Precision machining ensures high accuracy and an exceptionally refined surface. A hydraulic system automatically opens the mixing chamber, and the rotors are designed for quick removal, removing the usual drawbacks of traditional equipment—awkward cleaning, slow color switching, and frequent upkeep. All product-facing parts are polished to a mirror finish, discouraging adhesion of materials, simplifying washing between batches, and effectively minimizing the risk of contamination.
