Schneider EPP301 Panel Differential Pressure Sensor 0-250Pa No Display
Product Overview
The SpaceLogic EPP301 is a premium, compact panel-mount differential pressure transmitter designed for high-accuracy tracking of air movement and HVAC filter status. With a dynamic measuring spectrum of 0 to 250 Pa, this display-less unit utilizes advanced piezoresistive micro-machined silicon technology to capture minute pressure differentials. Offering field-selectable 4-20mA, 0-5V, and 0-10V analog outputs, it features an on-board push-button auto-zero function that allows technicians to calibrate the device with a single click. The EPP301 is the go-to standard for commercial building mechanical panels and HVAC filter clogging diagnostics.

Typical Applications
HVAC Filter Clogging Diagnostics
Panel-mounted within central control cabinets, with flexible silicone pressure tubes routed to the upstream and downstream of AHU air filters to detect clogging.
VAV Air Velocity Monitoring
Paired with in-duct pitot tubes or static pressure probes to translate velocity pressure into precise m/s measurements (0-15 m/s) for VAV box balance.
Fan Belt Failure Detection
Installed across HVAC centrifugal or axial supply/return fans to continuously monitor pressure drop, identifying fan belt slippage.
