Product Overview
The SpaceLogic EPD301 is a highly durable, duct-mounted differential pressure transmitter specifically designed for monitoring air ducts, filters, and fans in harsh mechanical environments. Unlike standard panel-mount units, the EPD301 features a rugged IP65-rated weatherproof enclosure and comes packaged as a complete installation kit containing an aluminum static pressure duct probe, flexible pneumatic tubing, and all necessary mounting hardware.
Able to handle high vibrations and extreme ambient conditions inside mechanical rooms, the EPD301 converts minute pressure changes into a stable, field-selectable 4-20mA or 0-10V signal, delivering unmatched reliability for duct static pressure control.

Protocol / Communication None. Pure analog hardwired output.
I/O Points & Signals 1 analog output channel. Output signal is field-selectable via DIP switches: 4 to 20 mA (current loop), 0 to 5 VDC, or 0 to 10 VDC. Supports unidirectional and bidirectional monitoring modes, plus a velocity scale (0 to 15 m/s).
Power Supply / Voltage 24 VAC ±15% (50/60 Hz) or 12 to 30 VDC (Class 2 compliant).
Measuring Range 0 to 250 Pa. Supports sub-ranges: 0-50 Pa / 0-100 Pa / 0-250 Pa.

Auto-Zero Calibration Built-in on-board push-button for instant automatic zero-point drift correction.

Typical Applications
Duct Static Pressure Closed-Loop Control
Placed downstream of primary supply fans (typically 2/3 down the duct) to monitor static pressure. The BAS utilizes this analog value to modulate the fan's Variable Speed Drive (VSD).
Exhaust Duct Airflow Monitoring
Measures localized vacuum pressures inside primary exhaust systems to ensure commercial exhaust dampers are properly balanced.
Primary Filter Performance Diagnostics
Installed in dirty, high-dust environments (such as manufacturing or woodworking facilities) to monitor pressure drops across coarse pre-filters.
