HTV Masterbatch Silicone Color Pigment Pantone Color Matching for High Temperature Vulcanization Rubber

KANGLIBANG® Color Pigment

Silicone color pigments are employed to color HTV silicone rubber compounds. They are concentrated, ensuring excellent dispersion and steady color. The strong concentration of these pigments implies that even a minute amount can color a relatively large quantity of silicone in proportion. As the proportion of the pigment added to the volume of the silicone rubber compound increases, the color effect becomes more intense.

• First Aid Measures:

• Inhalation: Shift to an open place to breathe fresh air. If there is no sign of breathing, appropriate measures should be carried out. Administer oxygen therapy if the individual is suffering from dyspnea.

• Skin: Wash with soap to clean the skin.

• Eyes: Immediately rinse with a generous amount of water.

• Oral: Seek medical attention promptly.

• Comments: Provide treatment according to the symptoms present.

• Important Symptoms And Hazard Effects: There are no identified significant symptoms or hazardous effects.

• Personal Protection for First Aid or Rescue Personnel: Apply conventional treatment procedures for protection.

• Note to physicians: Treat the patient based on the symptoms that are exhibited.

• Application for Color Pigment:

• Masterbatch is well-matched with any HTV silicone rubber compound and can be incorporated simply and quickly on the roll mill.

• Usage:

• Add approximately 1% to 5% of the silicone color pigment to the uncured silicone rubber compound before completely mixing it on the roll mill.

• Shelf Life: The shelf life is 6 months.
