Description

This series of products is a kind of color pigment added to liquid silicone rubber. Due to its viscosity and fluidity, it is also called color paste. The formed silicone products can meet the requirements of food grade: non-toxic, tasteless, no flow mark and bright color.

Processing
1. General liquid silica gel injection molding machine with colored material pump, the color paste into the molding machine color pump, by adjusting the machine parameters to adjust the color paste feed proportion

3. The molding temperature depends on the required silica gel. Generally, the recommended mold temperature is 115~135℃.
4. The curing time shall be adjusted according to the thickness or type of the silicone.
