After curing, it has good adhesion to the PC substrate, high transparency, high temperature and humidity resistance, and can directly replace the same-level products of Japan Shin-Etsu. How to use Kanglibang PC self-adhesive liquid silicone KL-2613AB:
1.1 Use ratio: A:B=1:1 (weight ratio);
1.2 Weigh the materials in proportion and mix them evenly;
1.3 Degas the mixed colloid mixture under vacuum, and then inject the colloid into the mold cavity;
1.4 After heating at 150℃ for 60-80 seconds, it solidifies into a silicone body.
1.5 PC with special ester structure can be treated with corona surface. Or use Kanglibang CL-24S-9 or CL-26AB-10 primer to pre-treat the PC surface, which can greatly improve the adhesion between silicone rubber and PC.
Precautions for PC self-adhesive liquid silicone KL-2613AB:
The colloid should be stored in a sealed manner, away from heat sources and away from light;
At a certain temperature, the length of curing time is related to the size of the encapsulated parts and the heat transfer efficiency of the environment;
During the vulcanization process, this product is strictly prohibited from contacting with compounds containing sulfur, tin, arsenic, phosphorus, nitrogen, and lead, otherwise it will cause poor curing of the colloid. Therefore, the compatibility test of silicone rubber and substrate should be carried out before use.
Shelf life: 60 days at room temperature without mixing
