Operating Steps
Modified Hot Melt Glue Flexible Bendable Leather Bonding Glue
  • 1.Conduct surface pretreatment to achieve clean, dustless and oil-free substrate status.
    2. Uniformly coat, print or spray adhesive layers on target substrates.
    3. Maintain constant temperature baking at 90-110°C for 1-2 minutes to fully volatilize solvents and water.
    4. Two optional post-processing ways:
    A. Cool semi-finished products via cooling rollers, paste release film, sell or laminate within 6 months.
    B. Achieve lamination by hot pressing at 100-170°C for 1 minute, then cure as required.
    5. Carry out standard physical and chemical tests after 24 hours’ standing still.
